Elena is one of the most extensively trained hair color specialists in the San Francisco Bay Area. She brings salon experience from New York, Los Angeles, and Las Vegas to her chair in San Carlos. Elena is especially sensitive to women who are not satisfied with their current hair color, and has helped countless women who thought they had to live with a bad hair color. Elena started Salon Millennium in 2000.
